Terms
1. You must be an existing client to participate in this program.
2. It is your friend's responsibility to correctly identify you as the source of referral. You will not be awarded a bonus for incorrect or mis-matched name entries.
2. Your referral must make the purchase in accordance with our terms and conditions.
3. You are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal regulations, including tax laws applicable to you.
4. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen check.
5. The Company shall have the right to suspend, temporarily or permanently, or to cease to provide the Refer a Friend Service at its sole discretion without notice, reason or liability to any party.
7. Resume Corner, Inc. reserves the right to vary or terminate all or part of the terms of this service at any time without notice.
8. The program applies only to new customers, not to those who are our existing customers.
9. If multiple individuals refer the same person to us, only one individual will get paid for the referral.
10. If the person you refer cancels the order, you will not be eligible for the referal fee.
11. If you earn more than $600 in referral earnings during any given year, you will have to submit a W9 form to prevent withholding of taxes.
